Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable shipping service; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance as WATCHDIVES is not responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange within 3-5 business days.
